Thank you for visiting Project Cotton at the University of Missouri.

 

With the intent of increasing awareness and use of cotton among university students preparing for apparel and textile-related careers, we have created this website to enhance learning and awareness of cotton fibers and textiles. Through class projects in five Textile and Apparel classes at the University of Missouri, undergraduate students conducted research and provided information for the site. Two project co-directors, two graduate students, and the TAM faculty selected the best work and showcased it in order to heighten awareness and knowledge of cotton-specific aspects among textiles students.
